I bought this as a Plex server because my old one went out. It was an incredibly easy setup and has been running smoothly ever since. Great buy.

This mini pc works straight out of the box with Windows 11 pre-installed. The computer is not a powerhouse but is working fine for the tasks I use it for. Overall not a bad computer for the price and I would consider ordering another if I find a use for it.

After unboxing the miniPC, I opened the unit by removing the bottom panel. I primarily use Linux Mint and was pleased to find that this unit supports my multi-monitor setup with its 2xHDMI, 1xDisplayPort, and 1xType-C video outputs. Currently, I’m using a docking station for my third monitor via the Type-C port, but I plan to test a Type-C to HDMI cable soon.
A significant upgrade from previous models is the inclusion of two M.2 SATA slots and an additional SATA mount with a provided cable. The memory is also not soldered in, which is a plus.
For those experiencing issues with multiple monitor outputs using Linux, upgrading the Kernel to Version 6.8.0-49 might be a solution, but proceed with caution as it could impact older hardware.
In my experience, this product has performed flawlessly for everyday tasks and basic video playback. While I’m not an avid gamer, I intend to test its performance with some newer games when I have the opportunity. But as the product is as purchased, I would highly recommend it.
Also, I have had some interaction with their tech support and find them very accommodating and very responsive.

#1 item that impressed me was the price, then the size, and finally after reviewing the specs for this computer, it does everything that my old tower computer did, 5X faster, and 1/8 of the original cost. 4 USB ports, which are easily expanded with a USB bank. All of the functions that I need, and unlike my older computer, it actually responds when needed, and doesn’t take 30-40 minutes to update and boot up.

For 4.5 mos I got adequate use. Then last night, after an auto restart/update, it couldn’t connect to a network anymore; none of the icon buttons functioned properly. It general it took a crap and is useless. Will need to cash in on the warranty I bought and start over again.

Très bonne qualité prix. J’avais acheté pour faire rouler Home Assistant mais il est tellement performant qu’il est devenu mon ordinateur personnel. Fonctionnel très bien avec 3 écrans!

I bought to replace an old Acer PC. This system is great, Quiet, Fast, Small footprint. I am more than pleased with this unit. I needed a computer that is easy to setup-Check. I needed a computer that works as advertised-Check. EVERYTHING ELSE is just icing on the cake! I like having it ready to work in about 20 seconds or less from when I push the little button. My space here is limited and the size is excellent. PRICE, the price didn’t break the bank, compared to a full laptop. I’m still surprised at how much system I got for the price. I had a mouse/keyboard and an extra monitor lying around so BAM, out the box, up and running in no time! Highly recommend.
