I bought this chair after reviewing several different models on Amazon. It came faster than original delivery date. I got the white chair. I love the material, the size of this chair even allows me to sit cross legged and meditate in it. It’s so comfy. I put it together (female) in no time, very easy instructions. Highly recommend this chair. So comfy.

I recently upgraded from an old gaming chair to this new office chair, and the difference is astounding. My previous chair served me well for over three years, but this one is on a whole new level.
The chair feels incredibly sturdy, with comfortable filling and springs. The PU-leather embroidery is both classy and tasteful. My old chair used to give me back problems during long work-from-home and gaming sessions, but this new chair has been a game changer. No more back pains! The back and lumbar support are well-padded and extremely comfortable, and the armrests are equally impressive. Although I haven’t used the footrest much, it was easy to pull out when I tried it.
Assembly was straightforward, and while I did ask my wife for help, I’m confident that anyone could put it together without any issues.
Overall, I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a premium, beautiful, comfortable, and durable chair that will last for years to come.

Chair assembly was very straight-forward. I completed it myself in about 30 minutes. It’s very comfortable, soft yet firm at the same time. The quality (compared to my last chair) is worth every penny I paid for it. I can already tell that this chair is going to last sooo much longer than the last chair I bought here on Amazon (from XUEGW that fell apart after only 15 months who’s link is dead now). I would add a photo but they never seem to post for me, the page just freezes forever. Anyways, this chair seems worth every penny in comparison to every other computer chair I have ever had !!!

This is a bit long, but maybe will help someone.
The chair is great. I have been looking for a chair for several months, and finally settled on this one. My only hang-up was that I really wanted genuine leather, which this chair is not. The chairs with genuine leather are either (a) priced well over $1k, or (b) are cheap junk. This chair replaces my old, genuine leather chair, that was less than 3 years old. Unfortunately, it fell into the “cheap junk” category, as I came to find out. I had ordered that chair, just based on the leather…and in fact that is the ONLY part of the chair that held up. I replaced the base when it broke, replaced the hydraulic lift when it broke, and had to re-work the arm rests so they would stop falling off. The sides and back were also deteriorating…so quite literally, the ONLY “good” part of that chair was the actual leather itself.
So, apologies for the back story, but that leads me into the review of this chair. In putting it together, I could easily see that this chair is hands down much more well-made than my old one. The base of the old one appeared to be a cast metal or some kind. Problem with cast metals are that they tend to be brittle…which is exactly what happened to me…one of the legs broke off with no warning. This chair’s base is welded steel…I’m pretty confident it’s not going anywhere. Second is the comfort. Lesson learned from the old chair is that if it appears to be thin padding, it definitely is. After a year or so, I had to add more fill to the old chair to keep it from being so “flat.” It was filled with some sort of cubed foam. This chair has the spring-cushion seat, and bolstered back with lumbar support. It is very comfortable, and the padding is 2, maybe 3 times thicker than the old chair. While the covering of this chair is not genuine leather, it does have a very good feel, looks to be of high quality, and is breathable – which would have been my biggest complaint had it not been. The arm rests are generous in size, and fit comfortably under the desk without hitting. I probably could have done without the footrest, but suppose it may be nice to have at some point. The tilt features work very well…plenty of firm resistance, but not so much to force you up straight, or be horizontal with a simple lean back…the tension is just right. Putting the chair together was easy…took me maybe 30 minutes, and half of that was easily spent just unpacking all the parts, as they were well protected in the box. I would agree with what some others have said about needing a second set of hands with getting the back on. I managed okay, just me, but probably should have had my wife come help…but you know, men can do it all on their own…
So, all in all, I’m very happy with this chair, thus far. Hopefully it will withstand the test of time…if I can even get three years out of it, that’s okay…I feel a lot better about getting a $2-300 chair every 3 years, than I do about spending $700+ each time. Some photos for reference…you can see how thick the padding is, compared to the other chair.

This chair arrived quickly, it took me about 15 minutes to put together, the instructions are very clear, and it came with all the tools needed to put it together.
When we were finished we both took turns sitting in it, we both said, “oh wow, my back feels instantly better, this is amazing!”
The chair is soft, yet supportive, it instantly makes you feel relaxed and instantly relieved pain. I didn’t want to get up, I could literally sleep in this chair and feel refreshed!
The best thing about it that made me purchase this chair and not the hundred others we looked at, is that the arm rests are adjustable! I need my armrests higher and my husband likes a lower armrest, now we can both use the chair and adjust the armrests without issue.
I’m 5 foot 5 inches, my feet don’t touch the floor when I sit in it, I emailed the seller and they bare sending out a free lower cartridge to allow the chair to go lower. They also said they are sending free wheels, but the ones that came with it are just fine, but they were more than happy to send the free ones! Changing the cartridge is going to be easy because it was easy to install the large one.
The quality of the faux leather is superb, much better quality than our old one that we paid the same price for!
The value of the chair is good because this chair checks all the boxes we were looking for, it succeeded our expectations! I’m very happy I bought it, and would definitely buy another from this company!
The only thing that would make this chair better is if the headrest adjusted in the reclining position to allow us to slightly recline and watch TV. But that is not a deal breaker, it’s still 5 gold stars, they sell pillows for that, so it’s really not an issue.
It came with two magic erasers because the chair is white and any dirt or mark can be easily erased to keep the white chair looking brand new.
This chair has a weight limit of 400 pounds, we are not that weight, but I noticed the armrests can be adjusted extra wide when installing. I installed it just wide enough that the padding doesn’t touch when adjusting the arm rests up and down. But it’s good to have the ability to flip the chair over and make the armrests wider to accommodate a larger sized family member with big hips.
The footrest is well thought out, I like to sit with my knees bent and put my feet up against the footrest in the “gas pedal” position as opposed to laying my legs flat on the footrest.
As you can tell, we absolutely love this chair and I know you will too!
