I feel I got a great deal with this refurbished computer. The item arrived well packed several days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Better than “like new”, the computer arrived in flawless condition and booted up into Windows 11 Pro within seconds of plugging it in (and no bloatware!). With maximum memory and a top-rated processor, this top performing device is ideal for any use with the possible exception of extreme gaming.
The mini tower opens like a clamshell and comes with a few free PCI slots available for modest upgrades.
The only negative thing I’ve found was that the onboard bluetooth was kind of unreliable which I easily fixed by disabling it in BIOS and adding the 5.0 bluetooth adapter I had purchased for my older computer. Now I have high quality sound that switches seamlessly between multiple devices including a small onboard speaker. I very much recommend this product.

This refurbished unit was a real bargain. New Desktops with the same specs cost around $1500. With the Asurion Protection and a regular backup system I feel okay. The performance is so much better than the similar-priced new ones I had bought that failed way before they should have. Anyway, I’ll definitely update this if something goes wrong that isn’t my own fault.

The computer, keyboard and mouse were delivered on time. Had difficulty setting up the system due to the scroll knob on the TekRefurbs mouse not working. Phoned TekRefurbs customer support and they said they would send a replacement, which showed up in about a week. The replacement mouse worked as it should, except it sometimes took several depressions to enter from it. Days later, when needing to use my scanner, the scan would happen but there was no image to transfer. Somehow this was due to the TekRefurbs mouse as when I replaced it with an HP mouse the scans worked as they should. I am sure if I complained they would send me another replacement mouse, but two bad ones are one too many, so I bought a new one. The refurbed Dell computer has 4 USB ports on the rear. One of them would not fully seat a plug. When I phoned TekRefurbs they instantly gave me a $25 credit on Amazon to buy a USB hub. While their customer support is fine, there are enough companies selling similar equipment at similar prices that I will not use TekRefurbs again.

This computer is awesome! Booted right up right out of the box and was super fast. The updates flew through with the lightning fast speed i now have. Everything seems to be working perfect and i am so happy i trusted this brand of refurbushed computers! I now saved lots of money for a like brand new computer with lightning fast speed and plenty of memory.

I read the various reviews before deciding to purchase this computer and was a little concerned as some reviews were not too flattering. The unit is a remanufactured machine and was apparently refurbished by people that took pride in their work as it has been a solid performer.
