This is way better than I expected. It was supposed to have a 2TB HDD and it came with a brand new Seagate 3TB HDD. It had no unwanted ‘extra’ programs like the new ones from Dell come loaded up with, a real clean installation. It boots up real fast and so far is running great. This is an excellent deal for the money.

I bought two of these to replace some old PC’s in our home office and couldn’t be more impressed so far. They arrived pretty quickly and were well packaged. After the equipment swap they booted up quickly and were very easy to setup. The included wireless keyboard and mouse are low grade, but they do work and my partner says they’re fine. I’m not using the Wifi as I prefer ethernet hard lines for max speed so I really can’t report on that part, but I’m sure they work fine.

this pc did come with the drives but were not secured in place properly, is why they were not showing up, after taking it to my computer store i got it all cleared up and new windows 10 installed as original copy kept crashing, this cost me well under $100, and biggest surprise of all was the secondary storage drive was 3x capacity it was supposed to have and does work. That’s right, a nice big 6 tb hdd, so am lot more impressed than i was initially as well as the stated 32 gb ram

We bought this product because our desktop was outdated . So we got this one and I will tell you we are very happy with it and impressed. It’s fast. It was easy to set up and it works awesome with their other monitor. It does not come with a monitor. Very good quality purchase.

The HUGE con:
The hardware is not even support by Windows 11. Meaning, in October, the operating system is no longer supported. If I had known this, I would have never bought it

I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn’t install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon’s customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It’s a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That’s why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

Easy set up.
Fast CPU and memory.
Plenty of USB ports and small form factor.
NMVE 2.0 pci-e chipset (with older unit I expected this)
Choose your NVMe 2.0 size wisely, 256 GIG will fill up quickly on Windows 11 upgrade, and say added Office 365.
Mine came with Windows 10 PRO and I upgraded easily to Windows 11 PRO for free
(caveat from Microsoft is they do not promise that one might face issues, or missing drivers with Win 11 24H2 or later upgrade).
Very fast PCI-e wireless/bluetooth card installed (ep-9655gs). No issues, no dropping out like some complained about.

I am impressed by the value this product delivers. The one thing I did day one is upgraded it to windows 11. It works seamlessly and is able to daily tasks like browsing, Youtube, switching between tasks without a sweat. Compact size so it was easy to be mounted underneath my desk.

I picked up this unit to replace an ancient HP all in one desktop. I wanted something that would be fast, a lot of RAM and run my Lightroom software flawlessly. After a small delivery problem, I got the cpu, set it up, connected it to a 43″ Hisense UHD TV and after setting up windows and the software – it’s all good to go. Works very well and I bought the extended warranty just to be sure that it’ll run for awhile.
The included keyboard is very basic but serves all my needs and I’m pleased with the purchase of this refurbished Dell, hi-speed, high RAM, large hard drive and easy set up. Well worth the $200 price tag!

Computer would not boot after first update because it has two operating systems on it, a ghost copy of the original one and windows 11. Contacted company to return it and they said they would rectify the problem. No effort was made to do that, time passed. Contacted them several more times, told I would get a replacement. More time passed. Now I have no computer for 4 months and can’t use Amazon’s A to Z guarantee because too much time has passed. Over $400 wasted. Terrible company!

I bought this after reading the reviews as I needed a new home computer. I’m not a fan of laptops which has limited opportunities to upgrade so I went with this desktop and to date I am very pleased with it. It is very quick and responds instantly to the internet or other software. I haven’t loaded all of my software on it yet but I am impressed so far. Loving it. The only issue I had is the delivery. UPS delivered it to the wrong address and I’m pleased to say my neighbor dropped it off at my residence. I called UPS but they wanted me to send feedback to the seller. Not good UPS.
