Update: this company worked with me to get it right and while it still is too tight, they offered a credit and I kept the bike. I appreciate the good customer service.
Easy to put together but the tension knob is too tight. It’s as far to the left as possible. And I can’t push it to brake. Very sturdy smooth ride though.

Maybe it’s my fault but according to the picture it looks like this has a screen. For $400, this bike isn’t even electric?? Reading is fundamental and I’m sure if I would have dug through everything I would have seen that this bike has NO screen or programming. No electricity and all manual. Not worth $400.

Purchased 6 months ago for a single rider. Bike was ok till then, nothing fancy but I didn’t want anything to complicated. While riding felt the wheel give and the axle, which is suppose to be metal cracked in half. After falling off while the wheel was still spinning, which anyone who is familiar with spinning bikes knows is very dangerous.
customer service reached out, apologized for the inconvenience. They also promptly refunded the price of the bike. thank you.
