    Dr. Abbott, the author, leaves the reader with an empowering and hopeful mindset. Your mind is delicately transitioned into Ketosis with delicious recipes and tasty food options. I did notice that flour is out the door, but coconut flour and almond flour are good to go. I was very interested to see heavy whipping cream was able to be used in many recipes and cauliflower was used in many recipes as well. Thank you for these delicious remedies while one is facing dis-ease. There is hope!

    I liked this book. The meal plan was helpful and the recipes were super useful when trying to come up with a menu specific to this eating plan. Its hard to come up with all of these ideas yourself.. thanks for doing the work.

    Low budget book. It has some decent recipes but not one color picture which should be a must for a cookbook. Chapter 7 is titled Warriors Share their Experiences and it says the chapter is going to talk about 3 people but then it abruptly ends. I wouldn’t waste your money.
