I ordered a smartwatch, but it did not work properly from the start. I couldn’t even set the time according to GCC timing, and after just two days, it stopped working. The watch also lacked the features that were advertised on your website, which is misleading.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and your service has not met my expectations. Due to this, I have removed my card details and will no longer be purchasing from your shop. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of both the product and the service.
I hope you improve your product descriptions and customer support to avoid disappointing other customers in the future.

This looked so cool, bought for orphanage as the kids dont get many presents during the holidays the quality looked good hope a kid got to enjoy it as I bought more batteries also. Value for my money I believe.

This was a gift for my nephew. He was really excited about it. I will say that it was a little bit of a task to figure out, but once he played with it, he was able to work with it. Some of the settings were difficult, but overall it’s a fun watch.

This was a very exciting gift for my stepson. I wanted to get one that had many functions but didnt have internet connectivity. There are a lot of little games and other bonuses that make it very kid-friendly.
He loved it and used it all the time – even playing the incredibly annoying song it blasts out of it a tiny speaker – but only had it about a couple of weeks before he fell on his bike and the screen shattered. Luckily, it didn’t cut him. He was sad about the scrapes from the fall, but devastated about the loss of his watch.
