    I honestly had postponed buying the book because of all the free content Jennifer so kindly offers. But then I just kept coming back around to this cookbook…..and I finally realized this: less than $25 is not a lot of money to support her and all the work. AND how happy was I to get this cookbook? The pictures are EXCELLENT. There was NOT ONE recipe that I didn’t want to make…..seriously, every one of them was a big YES…..and I actually read all of the first pages of the book — normally, I skim, at best. But Jennifer’s story is compelling and relatable and just reminded me of what a hard working, kind and giving soul she is. You need this cookbook — to boot, I’ve already made 3 recipes and I’ve only had the book for 5 days. YUMMMMMMM — thank you!!!

    I was so excited to hear Jennifer Banz was coming out with a cookbook and she did not disappoint. I have quite a few keto cookbooks I like, but this is my new favorite by far. I have not had one recipe of her’s that I did not like. Her recipes are simple and made with everyday ingredients, yet delicious offering some easy variety. She makes it easy to cook healthy and to stick with healthy. I made her sloppy joe and chicken salad recipe so far and both will be my normal rotation going forward. Worth every penny and definitely check out her website.

    If you like uncomplicated but tasty, you’ll love this book. Yummy photos reel you in, then you read the recipe and say “I can do that!” And you do, and it tastes amazing. Unpretentious, common sense recipes make keto satisfying, convenient, fast and flavorful. Book just as informative as her videos. Jennifer enjoys cooking keto and the results it’s brought her. Her positivity is catching. You go, girl!

    Pre-ordered the book and it arrived today! A day after release in Canada.
    I’ve been following Jennifer on social media for two years and have made many of her recipes. I lost 40 on keto, my sister lost 100 that she needed to.
    Get the book and follow her if you want to learn some new recipes.

    I’m not all in on a Keto diet but as someone trying to control carbs this is very helpful. I’ve tried several recipes and so far only one was not for me. Great information on the Keto lifestyle. I follow Jennifer online as well because she has new recipes all the time. Her blueberry muffin recipe is the best low carb recipe I’ve ever had. Great resource.
