Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I have lower back issues and routinely go to the chiropractor. The adjustable lumbar (lower back) pad is just what I needed at work for hours of sitting in front of my computer. A must have for anyone with lower back issues!

Chair was easy to assemble and looks good with my set up. It is comfortable, but the thin cushion makes it hard to sit for extended periods of time, especially if you have back problems. The chair moves with ease, the rollers don’t seem to get hung up. The recline is nice and doesn’t make you feel like you’re falling. Chair also rocks which is good for stretching your back or if you’re a constant mover. The arm rests are a bit annoying as far as moving when you don’t want them to, but I do appreciate they aren’t just stuck in place. Overall good functionality and not a bad purchase for the price. Makes a nice seat for your cat whenever you get up. I give an 8/10. Cats give it a 10/10.

I’m impressed on day 1. Easy to assemble and comfortable. It has all the functionality I needed- movable arm rests, lumbar support, less bulk than my old chair, and high back. Recline is a bonus, arm rests are padded, arm rest height is comfortable, and the chair is remarkably quiet. Build quality is solid and seems better than I expected. Keeping in mind it’s a $109 office chair and not a Lazy Boy, it meets expectations for price paid and does the job well. Highly recommend.

Before I finally landed on this chair I read about a million articles with buying advice for ergonomic desk chairs, looked for second hand expensive chairs, read so many Amazon reviews. Obviously you can spend a whole lot of money on an ergonomic desk chair (even used ones), but I really didn’t want to.
I just bought this today, so the jury is out on long term wear, ,but I can say that the components feel solid, assembly was easy, it is *very* comfortable so far, and — even more to the point — VERY adjustable in so many different ways that physical therapists etc recommended in the articles I read. I am 5 foot 5; in order to put the chair at the right ergonomic height for my particular desk and keyboard, I need a footrest so my feet aren’t dangling. But that would be the case with any chair in my setup. The headrest is great, the arms are soft and comfortable, the back support piece is perfect, and everything can be adjusted as you sit in it. Rollers are quiet and stable on laminate floor.
The box was a good size and heavy enough (~32 lbs) to be awkward for an unfit middle aged lady to wrangle down apartment steps; however, the Amazon driver brought it straight to my door. The chair was carefully packed. Whoever wrote the assembly instructions (which are in English and Spanish) for this chair is some kind of technical writing genius — I have never seen clearer or more easy-to-follow instructions. From slicing open the tape on the box to finished chair was 45 minutes for me. All you need for assembly is included — also fabric gloves (for protecting your manicure? I guess?) and extra bolts and washers.
Super buy. If I’d known I could get such an affordable and massive upgrade from my previous garbage chair I would have done it long ago. Great value for the money. I rarely write reviews but all the reviews I read helped me make a great decision, so here ya go.

This was the second chair I bought off Amazon. The first one from another company had uneven screw holes and the chair sat crooked.
This chair however was perfect! Easy to assemble, I love the tool they include for the screws which was more comfortable to use. The whole chair is very sturdy and feels like a high end office chair. Super comfortable cushion seat. I love that the base where the wheels are isn’t plastic. It’s actually heavy sturdy metal.

Very impressed with this chair, especially at this price range. Some of the best instructions I’ve seen. All hardware sealed together by the step needed in. The Allen wrench that came with it has a plastic T handle and is one you’ll throw in your toolbox not the junk drawer.
I’m 6’3″ 235lbs This chair is extremely comfortable and the lumbar support has enough adjustment that it’s actually useful to me which isn’t the norm. It seems very sturdy while using it and it looks very nice to boot. But it’s going in my paint booth so it won’t be pretty for long. But it’s very comfortable for long painting session.
I’d buy this chair again from what I’ve seen so far. Now we’ll see how she holds up in the long run.
