As a seated bike exercise machine, this unit is fine. The resistance is easily adjustable to the level you want, and the action is smooth and comfortable. The only problem is that the cycling motion requires my knee to go up too high for my desk. I have a keyboard tray, and if I actually try to use this under my desk, i’m constantly nocking into it, making this unit unusable under my setup. Aside from that issue, however, this looks and feels like a good unit, so if your setup allows for it, it is well worth considering.
