My only complaint is that it is not very adjustable. You can turn the screen from side to side, but you cannot adjust the height or tilt the screen forward or back. Or at least not so that this simpleton could figure it out. (I saw another review that listed “tiltable” as a pro (vs con) to this product. I wish I could write that reviewer and ask how.) I feel like the screen tilts forward a bit and I wish I could tilt it back. It is subtle, so it didn’t show well in pictures, so I didn’t bother adding one to this review. However, that being said, it is otherwise a decent product, easy enough to set up and plug in, and I found the image quality to be fine. And to be honest it is better quality than I expected for the price. I got it for $70 and a lot of the other monitors I was looking at online cost a lot more.

This Philips 27inch monitor was a great addition to my desk. The screen itself was a perfect size with great color quality and I haven’t had any issues with flickering or glitching. It has a great gaming performance and clarity. No complaints over here, I definitely got my money’s worth and eventually will buy another one to set up right next to my existing one! Also has a great power saving mode for when I put my laptop in sleep mode.

I love this monitor! It has really nice colours and the wider screen is so much better than my previous monitor. Installation was pretty easy and It’s very lightweight for it’s size. The one I purchased was a used “open box” and it works and looks perfect. Price was excellent and what I was hoping to spend around for a decent monitor. It included the HDMI cable as well.
It’s been awhile since I had to replace my old monitor and I can’t believe how much better this one is. Watching movies, surfing the net and just doing anything is such a fun experience with this beautiful display.

I bought these to use with splitter on my laptop. Fast, clear, and perfect for my job sitting at a desk all day. Refresh rate is really good and the price was better than good. Packaged carefully. I mounted these to a Huanuo dual monitor arms. Worked perfectly. Same with stand which I didn’t use.

I’m really impressed with the Philips 24-inch Frameless Full HD Monitor (241V8LB). The picture quality is stunning—sharp, clear, and vibrant with 1080p resolution at 100Hz. Whether I’m working on projects, watching videos, or gaming, the visuals are crisp and smooth, and the frameless design looks sleek on my desk.
The monitor is very easy to set up, and I appreciate the multiple input options, including HDMI and VGA. The Eye Care technology is a nice bonus, especially for long hours of use—it reduces eye strain significantly, which is a big plus for me. Plus, the 4-year advanced replacement warranty gives me peace of mind knowing I’m covered if anything goes wrong.
Overall, for the price, this monitor offers fantastic value with its high-quality display, comfortable viewing experience, and solid warranty. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable monitor!

These are specialized for a multi-monitor work setup.
Pros:
– Very thin borders (maybe 0.5 cm?) – nice for side-by-side monitors
– Low price in Canada (~$175) – Easier to buy multiple.
– Tiltable
– Mountable
– 1080p with a 60 Hz refresh rate is fine for most people in most contexts
Potential downsides:
– If mounting, the monitor will sit lower than expected since the mounting screws sit high at the back.
– I bought this in addition to a different brand of monitor. It took about 30 mins of settings adjustment to get the colors, contrast, and images to look comparable across both.
Note:
– Comes with a 4-foot HD cable. You don’t need to buy separately, unless you need something longer.
– I haven’t owned this for very long yet so can’t say much about longevity.
