We purchased this item several months ago and the front button randomly started to fail. I contacted their customer service and they immediately replied to me and sent me a replacement. Can’t say enough about their quick action and professionalism. This is the best coffee grinder, hands down. The removable cup and grind selection size are a huge plus!

We love this grinder! Small and compact, but does the perfect job! Removable cup comes in super handy and not more coffee grounds mess on my counter.

This coffee grinder works quickly and efficiently. It is also much more quiet than my last counter top coffee grinder. It is as advertised. I recommend it for those who don’t need to grind a lot of coffee all at once.

The timer started failing about 1 month in, but I lived with that. Now, it will not grind at all. No way to contact seller, so I hope they see this and offer to make it right with replacement. I’m willing to try another one given some buyers have good luck with them.
    UPDATE:
Shardor contacted me direct and are shipping a new machine, so hopefully this one holds up.

I needed an herb grinder, for rosemary, onion, garlic to grind them up and use them as spices. This grinder is perfect for that. Set the size you want to grind and push the button, it stops once completed. Great for coffee beans too. Wish I would have ordered this item months ago, rather than wasting my money on smaller ones. This grinder is perfect for the jobs I need completed. Highly recommend. Easy to clean, quieter than expected too. Quality of product is on point too.

I think I’ve had this grinder for about 6 months now and its held up great with daily use and I do love the removable grinding cup that is easy to wash when I need to grind spices or something other than coffee beans. My only complaint is it doesn’t do a course grind very well for coffee beans. I’ve ended up turning the grind setting down so low I have to pulse it to grind the beans to my desired coarseness. If I turn it up so it auto grinds it comes out way too fine for a French press, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Hopefully the manufacturer will work on improving that feature.

Had it for a few weeks. Great little machine that doesn’t take much counter space and looks nice (my kitchen is all black and silver). I really like that the cup is removable to clean. The different options for grinding and the timer is a big plus for me as I’m a terrible judge on how long to grind the beans and this makes it easier. I haven’t had any issues and thought it was a good price. Recommend for anyone looking for a nice coffee grinder.

After doing quite a bit of research for a small, quieter blade grinder, I found this gem. I’m more than happy with this purchase. It has 30 settings for course to fine grinding. I adjusted the grind to come out perfectly for my Cuisinart drip machine (stay away from the grind and brew machine due to cleaning hassles and only one grind setting).

The video I took shows the noise level with no coffee beans, but it’s virtually the same with beans. I like the removable container, because it’s easier to dump the grounds into my coffee maker and then clean with soap and water. With other small coffee grinders, you have to tip the entire machine upside down to get the grounds out, and cleaning is more difficult.

All the rage in grinding coffee is with a burr grinder. I’ve tried those, and they are difficult to clean and there is more waste due to coffee ground residue left in the burrs.
If you’re looking for a solid grinder at a reasonable price point, this works great!
