I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were straightforward. I am a heavier person, around 250 lbs and it holds my weight without issue. It feels better than I expected. It has some weight to it. The seating pad is not uncomfortable and the back rest provides good support. It doesn’t tilt or recline because it’s fixed but that’s a nonissue for me. It lifts and lowers effortlessly. It’s comfortable. No complaints so far. Hopefully, I won’t have to update my review.

Great for the price. Took 5 minutes to put together. Bought it for a desk set up in a very small space and it fits nicely. I’m on the larger size (5’9” 220lbs) and the chair is fairly comfy and rolls smoothly. Overall better than I thought it would be.

This chair seemed perfect for my needs. I assembled it without much trouble (except one castor would not let me push it down but stays on as long as the chair is upright). BUT when I sat on it and tried to push the lever to move the seat higher, nothing happened. It did not budge in either direction and stayed very low, too low for me, a woman of 5’5″. I looked at the 1 star reviews and saw that this was a common problem with the chair. It is almost impossible for me to disassemble it to fit it back into the box to return it, so I am stuck with it and will have to start over again. So it was a waste of my time and money.
Update: A younger friend came over and was able to get the recalcitrant castor to stick and was also able to adjust the chair a bit higher. .But the back is not curved and isn’t very comfortable and it is hard to raise abd lower the seat. Maybe it just takes strength. I would still not recommend this chair but it was inexpensive and looks nice.

This is a good little chair. Takes about 5 minutes to put it together and functions as it should. I’ve now bought two of these. If you’re trying to be cheap but you still need a chair that functions nice, buy one of these.

The quick review: If you’re looking for a smaller chair, especially because you’re a smaller person, buy this one and consider your search complete.
The longer review: I’m not quite 5′ 5″ tall and about 125lbs on a heavy day. I bought a sit-stand desk that lowers to 24.5″ which is about perfect for me but I could not find a chair that went low enough that allowed me to use that appropriate desk height, keep my feet on the floor, and my rear-end back in the seat so my back could be properly supported. THIS IS IT!!
I just received the chair and it took about five minutes to put together. Finally, a chair that fits my body and isn’t made for larger people. The shorter seat (from front edge to back rest) is perfect and allows me to fully sit back in the chair (versus standard sizes not allowing my knees to properly bend or I’d be leaning back to use the backrest to keep my knees bent – neither option good for posture). The seat is narrow (side to side) but it fits me perfectly. The backrest comes to my mid back, which I prefer, allowing me to stretch backward and move around. The curve of the backrest is perfect and supportive.
I like the removable seat cover (pets in the house AND easy to replace if the padding should wear out or I want to add extra padding or add some flair with a custom cover). It fits well and is snug.
It doesn’t roll great on carpet, but I didn’t expect it to and don’t really care.
My request – the same version with ELBOW rests. Not full arm rests because the chair is too petite for that. However, some narrow, padded, foldable elbow rests could easily be added to the chair back and provide just a bit of support to arms when in a long typing session. My other request – make a more robust version that still goes this low but offers tilt back, a higher backrest, full size foldable arms, etc. and charge appropriately for it. I think the company would be surprised at consumers looking for that exact product. Tell me when it is ready and I’d be happy to test it out!
I don’t know how long this chair will hold up, but I certainly expect I will get my money’s worth out of it. I will be buying more for my other offices. Definitely worth the price. Exceeded my expectations.

This chair is perfect for my small workspace. It is light, and it rolls very easily. It was easy to put together. Others have commented that it was small, and it is, but I am a 6′ tall guy and it’s comfortable for me.
