There is also a 4 week meal plan to help. Even though the book is good for beginners, it is also great for pros!
The options are delicious between egg dishes and meat breakfasts, main courses that include fish, meat and organs, snacks for on the go, recipes to help you grill, roast or pan-sear, and more!
I did not think a cook book like this would be good for weight loss, but I guess I was wrong. Not just weight loss, but also for better mental clarity, and blood sugar levels.
I do need to lose weight, so this cookbook should help me along with exercise.
