It contains many tasty and easy-to-prepare meals with mouth-watering full-color pictures that accompany the recipes. There is also a 60-day meal prep section that takes all the stress out of creating a two-month diet plan. I love how the recipes are divided into the categories of soups, breakfasts, snacks, dinners, and desserts. Overall, I can say that it has simplified keto cooking and made it accessible for me and my family.

I don’t think I understand where the 2500 days of recipes fits in considering there are about 80 recipes in this book. I do like that the introductory information is concise and straightforward. I also appreciate that this book separates out the recipe prep time and cook time. I wish that the instructions were in a numbered list. It’s nice that there are color pictures included and each recipe is on its own page. There seems to be a good variety of recipes, and most take about 30-45 minutes. Overall, a good recipe book to get started with.
