    Even though this is a cookbook, the author provides information on the health benefits of eating ketogenically. The author corrects quite a few misconceptions about the keto diet, provides guidance on what to stock your pantry with, foods to avoid and why, shares scientific evidence as well as tips for success. If you are either already eating a keto diet, or looking to learn more about it, this book is a great resource.

    This book, in my opinion, is a perfect book for people who want to use the Keto plan to lose weight. It is very easy to read. He has 30-day plan. I really like his recipes. They’re what I consider “normal.” No fancy ingredients that you have to go to specialty stores to find. The recipes are easy to make, and the combinations of ingredients are not strange! That’s why most of the time I don’t make many recipes from some of these weight loss books because I find that the combinations are just too weird. The best thing of all is that most of the serving sizes are just for one. That’s another reason why I don’t use most recipes in other books. Usually, the recipes are just too big to fix for one or two people. It is much easier to increase a recipe than to decrease it. All in all, I am very, very happy that I bought this book and highly recommend it!

    This is an amazing cookbook. I was so amazed on how well this was put together. Not only does it tell you what keto is and how you lose weight. It has a 30 day suggestion of meals you can eat, which list the calories and carbs all that nutritional information that is important. I also loved how this cookbook had charts in it. One example is of stuff that is good for the keto diet and then stuff to stay away from such as fruits or vegetables that type of thing highly recommended.

One of my favorite features is the space for notes under the recipes in the meal plan section—it’s perfect for adding personal adjustments or reminders. Additionally, the blank meal plan table at the end is a great touch, giving us the flexibility to create our own plans.

We’re excited to dive deeper into the recommendations and follow the guidance provided. Overall, a beautifully designed book that’s both practical and user friendly!
    I have a problem with weight and diabetes so i hope this book will halp me.

    Ideal cookbook and planner for someone looking to transform their diet and their health. I like that it explains the science behind (and great benefits of) the keto diet. Of course, there are lots and lots of delicious meals that await you, and they are made accessible through the 30 day meal plan, associated recipes, shopping lists and even kitchen tools needed.
