This is now the one and only cookbook that I have and the only one I really need! It has great recipes and I pull it out to use daily! I’m truly glad I bought it…. Totally life changing! Well written, and easy to follow recipes.

This cookbook opens with information about the ketogenic diet/lifestyle and how to get started, very helpful for beginners. I like how the author included recipes for various dressings and sauces to accompany the main dishes. The recipes are very straightforward and easy to understand. The chapters are organized in a very useful format, so finding what you need is easy. I found only one small con: no pictures of the dishes. It’s a very small issue, but I’m a visual person. I’ve included pictures of the Classic Ranch Dressing I made. It was very creamy, and my husband was surprised that it was Keto!

This really was a great Keto guide! This cookbook offers a large variety of recipes that are easy to follow. I really appreciated that the had tips both for eating Keto and for using the air fryer. I’m pretty new to Keto cooking, but this cookbook has been a really useful starting point in learning to make more than the basics and understanding the way Keto works. Plus, I’m always on the lookout for new ways to use my air fryer. Although I wish the recipes has pictures included for each dish, I would still recommend this book.

This is a wonderful book, with loads of fast to make, easy to follow recipes. You can do pretty much anything in an airfryer that you can do in an oven, but with up to 90% saving on power cost, which makes it such an economical way to cook, particularly if you are cooking for only 1 or 2 people, and to finally have a book specifically for airfryer cooking in keto, makes it almost a necessity.
As an added bonus, it has decent size print! So many cookbooks these days, the print is just so damn small.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because there are no photo. Personally, I think every cookbook needs photos. But don’t let that deter you, this book really is indispensable in the keto kitchen.

It has everything ranges from Keto basics to the Air fryer tips. The food prepared using this Keto air fryer cook book is simply rich in taste. The author has revealed some tips for successful air frying and was quite unknown to me before. Actually, I was hesitant to use my air fryer before buying this book since I was unaware the quality of my air fried items. But now I am confident that I can air fry like a pro! Every day we go for our favourite Keto air fries and me and my family really enjoys it. I am following Keto diet from past few weeks and this book is a boon to my hectic schedules of work as it guides me for quick and tasty air fried recipes.
