Update: I am impressed at the care and speed that the customer service reps used to resolve the issues I was having. It’s really good to know that they stand behind their product and are willing to support their customer purchases. I have updated my review based on my experience with them and it was a good one. The issue with the walking pad has been resolved, and I am satisfied with my results.

After 20 mins of walking at any speed above 2.4 , upon stepping off the walking pad it has been making loud screeching and dragging noises (not typical sounds). – I consulted the manual, used the oil etc . No change . Therefore I cut my walking time down to see if it would help. No change . While walking on the pad no unusual noises, occasional lagging but not major .

It is very sturdy which is what I was worried about. The size is equally a plus as it is a minus, in my opinion sometimes it’s a little disorienting because it’s so narrow though I believe I will get used to not having as much width as a full size treadmill and my balance will get better. I’m able to have it in the middle of my living room and play virtual walks/runs all over the world on my tv. It’s very worth it. The remote is super convenient
