These are the second pair of Tozo ear buds we bought. The quality is very good as these are noise cancelling and adjustable. They are used everyday all day. The charge lasts a long time. After a month the left ear bud stopped workingand we wrote to customer service reply was quick and efficient. They did not hesitate to send us a replacement. We should get it within 15 days.

They’re really good as is, but I just downloaded the app and now they’re 100 times better. Noise canceling, transparency, reduce wind, and more. And my favorite part is the built in AI. When I touch the right one 3 times it let’s me talk to my AI app without taking out my phone and speaks the answer. They fit great. Great battery life. Sleek lookin buds and case. Top notch buds for the price. And I’ve been through sooooo many different earbuds. Have had these a year and still goin strong!

I bought these to replace my JBL ear buds that have slowly been dying the past year and am very impressed! I simply wanted a cheap ear bud with a good battery life, as I listen to podcasts/music while sleeping, and these work and sound perfect!
Pros:
– Great battery life – 15+ hours on a single charge
– Discreet size – very small and compact buds
– Great fit – these have a very snug, comfortable fit that do not fall out of your ears
– Incredible noise cancelling – when toggling the mode on, it’s like entering a sound depravation chamber. Amazed these small buds can block out so much, and appreciate that you can toggle the mode on and off.
– Affordable but high quality build and sound
Cons:
– Sensitive touch controls – because they are so small, it’s easy to accidentally skip to the next song or pause if you adjust them in your ears at all.
– 2 ear bud controls – I wish there was a way to use all controls on a single ear bud, but unfortunately they are bound to both buds so you can’t have total control with just one in.

These earbuds are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I slipped them in, I was blown away. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with a rich bass that doesn’t overpower the sparkling treble. My previous ear buds were Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro which I paid $300 for. The sound quality was superb, but the fit, the battery life and the ANC was average to poor. They lasted less than 2 years before becoming unusable. After some research I got these TOZO NC9’s on special from Amazon for $45! They are amazing!!! No, the sound quality isn’t anywhere near as good as the Samsung, but it’s still pretty good (lets say, good enough). The fit on the NC9 however is excellent for my ears – super comfortable, and I only need to adjust them once every hour or so, maybe every 20 mins when jogging. The Samsung fit was terrible and even with memory foam tips they still got loose every 5-10 mins. The battery on the Samsung was around 5 hours as advertised. With the NC9, I noticed I was getting a lot longer between charges, so after a couple of weeks, I timed it with a stopwatch – with ANC on and constant music at medium volume, after 7.5 hours the NC9 still showed 30% battery!! Finally, the ANC – the Samsung ANC kinda worked backwards, it cancelled a lot of the low and mid range noise, but that just let the highs shine through letting me hear the neighbours music, dogs barking, birds chirping, cars driving past, etc which would otherwise get drowned out by the ambient noise. In other words, not very impressive. I am absolutely blown away by the ANC on the NC9 – easily the best I’ve ever used including over ear headphones!! All low level ambient noise is virtually eliminated and high level noise is massively reduced to the point where it becomes low level background noise. Basically, with ANC on an no music, all I hear is silence! Case in point, I sat in a busy doctor’s waiting room the other day with the TV blaring, kids crying and about 20 people chatting nearby. Popped in the NC9’s with ANC on and NO music – total bliss – I could still hear some background noise, but couldn’t hear what the tv or other people were saying unless I concentrated on it. I was so impressed I bought a second pair, also on special!! So now, for $90 I can use them back-to-back and have essentially unlimited use for less than a third of what I paid for the Samsungs. For a solid pair of earbuds, I recommend the NC9’s – If you need audiophile sound, spend a lot more money.

I’ve been using Tozo headphones for about 5 years now and they never disappoint. They’re always comfy and and connect immediately once you open them back up. Combined with their small size, it’s easy to take them anywhere. The only struggle I’ve had was at the gym – I could still hear so much background noise that it was distracting. I have NC over ear headphones, so I decoded to check Tozo for the equivalent in earbuds and I was pleasantly surprised! I caught them on sale and can say it’s worth every penny.
Just as comfy as their other lines, but the Noise Cancelling is so perfect. I love that it helps my brain feel more quiet. Perfect for gyms, crowded stores, you name it. Anywhere you feel overwhelmed. The default size buds fit my ears, but I have others that came with it just in case I need something smaller or larger. The LED screen is also very handy, I love having a number to equate the battery to rather than just lights. It’s easy to read at a glance!
Once again not disappointed! Thank you Tozo for making affordable and quality earbuds!

The earbuds have been pretty nice so far. Comfortable enough to wear for about 3 hours without having to readjust. They seem ready to stay in your ear as well. I appreciate that. Sound quality has been pretty decent. Call quality has been good so far. Bluetooth connection has been pretty solid so far.
Only issue I’ve ran into is that I don’t think the battery life is as advertised. Could be wrong, but I would caution others to expect more along the lines of 10 hours instead of 13. One more issue is that the single touch and triple touch on the left earbud isn’t changeable. The right earbud doesn’t allow you to change the triple tap control.

This is the fourth purchase of ear buds. I use them for sleep therapy music. All three previous purchases were for actual sleep (side sleeper) buds. These are not advertised for this use, but I bought them for that purpose anyway. Best decision, best purchase, and best value of all four purchases! These ears buds are fantastic. They’re not as low profile as I would like, but they are comfortable even if I sleep on my side. The sound quality is the best and the base comes thru deep and clear. The controls are easy to use, they’re easily customizable with fit having multiple ear fittings. I love the small case with clear battery display. The best is the battery life. I need at least 8 hours. These check that requirement very well (all the others failed @6). The one thing I love is when you’re close to draining the battery it gives you a tone (something like a video game tone) instead of a voice saying, “ low battery“! And a different tone when the battery does die. They play paired, but the battery life is separate. Meaning when one ear cuts out the other continues until it dies. Pairing is easy and once done it stays paired. These buds were the least in cost, but the best in quality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
