I really love this spin bike! Great quality for the price, easy to assemble and portable with the rolling wheels to move and store.

I am not young, but I considered myself to be in pretty good shape until I began using this bike. It is humbling. Even on its lowest level of resistance, my thighs quickly start to burn and I feel the cardio aspects challenging me. And mind you, I’m not “racing.” I guess the incline walking that I typically do must use different muscles altogether. I had hoped I could leisurely pedal this bike while watching TV but there is nothing leisurely about this level of effort. I’m not deterred because I’m confident I will get better. The bike is amazingly quiet, so it will make a great choice for TV viewing once my mind and body are over the shock. For the sake of this review, I’ve also pedaled at higher resistance and it is tough!
There is a lot to like about the adjustability of the bike. I’m the shortest member of my household and I appreciate how simple it is to adjust the seat downward and forwards. Of course the height of the handlebards is adjustable too. Perhaps because I’m not yet used to it, I find the seat a little hard. I’m aware serious cyclists don’t have plush bike seats, but I find myself wishing for a little more cushioning. The LCD screen is very basic, but provides the level of feedback I want. In truth, I have no real complaints about the bike itself, only minor issues with the assembly.
The assembly booklet has omissions and at least one flat-out error. The diagram for the pedals reversed the right and left sides. Fortunately, the bike itself compensated by clearly labeling the sides with prominent stickers. You need to use your brain and have a certain level of “know how” to navigate the assembly. I am mechanically inclined and avoided the pitfalls, but I was surprised that the instructions weren’t better. I liked that the nuts and bolts were generally already attached to their relevant parts rather than being combined in a hardware bag. Unfortunately, one of the bolts was missing for the dumbbell holder and there was no bag of spares. I did not intend to keep dumbbells on the back of my bike so it didn’t matter. I was just glad I didn’t encounter the issue with a vital component. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to improve the assembly guide and include spare nuts and bolts.
The bottom line of my opinion is if you’re looking for a spin bike that is solidly constructed, easy to adjust, provides a great workout, and operates smoothly and quietly at a reasonable price, this is highly recommended. If you like fancy screens and integrated apps, you’ll need to pursue a more pricey option.

I recently replaced my old exercise bike with the YAMO Exercise Bike, and it has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and well-designed stationary bike for your home, this is a fantastic option. Here’s why I’m giving it 5 stars:
Sturdy and Safe Design
The heavy-duty steel frame and 15 lbs flywheel provide excellent stability, even during intense workouts. The multiple triangular support structures ensure I feel secure, whether I’m doing a light cardio session or pushing myself during sprints.
Fully Adjustable for Comfort
The adjustable seat and handlebars make this bike highly versatile. The seat moves in four directions, while the handlebars adjust up and down, ensuring a comfortable fit for users of different heights. The infinite resistance knob lets me customize my workout intensity with ease.
Smooth and Quiet Performance
The silent magnetic resistance system is a game-changer. The ride is smooth, and the noise-free design ensures I can focus on my workout without distractions. It’s perfect for early-morning or late-night sessions without disturbing others in the house.
Advanced Features
The upgraded LCD monitor tracks essential metrics like speed, distance, calories, and RPM, helping me monitor my progress and plan my workouts effectively. The tablet holder is a thoughtful addition, letting me watch videos or follow along with workout programs while I ride.
User-Friendly Design
I appreciate the extra features like the water bottle holder and dumbbell rack, which make my workouts more versatile. The transport wheels make it easy to move the bike when needed, and the compact design fits perfectly in my home gym without taking up much space.
Quick and Easy Assembly
The assembly process was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. I had the bike up and running in under 30 minutes.
Final Thoughts
The YAMO Exercise Bike is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a high-quality stationary bike for home use. It’s sturdy, smooth, and packed with thoughtful features that enhance the workout experience.

Easy to assemble. The instructions look like they have been amended but are easy enough to follow. It does come with all the tools your need. They aren’t super high end or nice tools by any means but it does come with all tools you’ll need to assemble it. If you can get the box open the rest of the stuff you need comes inside. The bike itself looks nice. Not super fancy but it definitely looks nicer than it’s price range would indicate. The resistance control works really well as does the emergency stop brake. The handle bars have a nice rubber grip all to ensure a good grip both for biking and for your table/device. Keep in mind it does not have a screen you will need to supply your own device and biking app of your choice. The only thing that would give away this things price is the performance monitor. It definitely feels and looks much cheaper than the rest of the bike. It doesn’t have any form of bluetooth connectivity so you’ll need an add-on bluetooth sensor if you want your phone/tablet to have bike data. I can’t fault it too much given the price but I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher price point if it meant a higher quality monitor with bluetooth connectivity. Overall this does hamper what is a very nice bike otherwise.

I’m an avid cyclist, an in our family we already own a commercial spinner bike, another inexpensive bike like this, and one of those expensive brand bikes that come with a subscription. At this price, I take this bike every time. It does everything I need.
Construction is solid, there’s no shoddy parts. It’s reasonably modifiable, you can change the seat position in four directions and move the handle bars up and down. Cycling and spinning are fine, it has a heavy fly wheel but so does everyone other bike these days.
Nice colour scheme.
Has four adjustments to level it on the floor.
The ‘upgraded screen’, actually is reasonably decent, but I only use it for tempo, time, and distance which is all these things are good for. Which is fine, I don’t want to spend money on screen devices……which leads me to point out that this comes with a very nice tablet holder on the handle bars. I might put a small strap around it, but I very much prefer an integrated tablet holder over some fancy screen. That’s because I choose not to pay for expensive subscriptions. I can get everything I need for the bike on a cheap tablet and utube. There also companies that offer streaming subscriptions at inexpensive prices. So, I can get what I want from this bike without the need for a 2000 bike with a subscription.
The only thing I noted was the handlebar post flexes just a wee bit when i.stress it hard. I checked our expensive commercial spinner bike, and that one doesn’t flex. So very minor attribute that’s not 100%. And it only flexed when under heavy strain, mostly it doesn’t flex. Basically I noticed it, but it’s fine.
All in all, if you want a spinner bike, at this price it’s as functional as the very expensive ones.
Two things you should do, true of all new bikes. One, change the seat to a road bike seat – yeah the narrow hard one. Comfortable seats are not comfortable for cycling. And second, get a pair of cycling shoes and new pedals. Those two things are really the minimum if you’re going to use this seriously.

This exercise bike is easy to assemble. The instruction manual has a nice exploded view which is all you will really need to get it together. The provided tools are better than the cheap things that are often included. The double ended open wrench is better than the usual thing punched out of a thin sheet of steel and the two Allen keys are long enough for adult hands to work them.
Difficulty of pedalling is controlled by turning the large red knob on the crossbar clockwise or counter-clockwise. Pushing down on this knob will sop the flywheel.
Since this has a weighted flywheel, this bike is heavy. There are small wheels on the front end to help roll the bike to where you want to keep it.
The seat is extremely uncomfortable. I tried tilting it backward and forward but nothing improved things. The front is too wide. I will be replacing it with a hard, narrow racing seat. The pedals are adequately comfortable when wearing proper footwear. You shouldn’t try to use an exercise bike wearing just socks or slippers. Unless you are a bare-foot acolyte. In which case, more power to you.
There is a rack that can hold a tablet which may require the addition of some kind of strap to ensure your tablet doesn’t fall off.
The included LCD monitor shows the basics and is all that is really needed to get started. The monitor requires 2 AAA batteries (included.) It would be better if it operated with higher capacity, longer lasting AA batteries but, for no good reason, AAAs have seemingly replaced AAs everywhere despite size not really being an issue in this case.
The instruction manual is reasonably comprehensible in English. Instructions are also given in: French, German, Italian, and Spanish. I can’t vouch for the accuracy of those, though.

This is really a spinning bike – a cheaper version of those used in gym spinning classes.
It’s a very heavy box be warned. Inside the contents are arranged around a pair of polystyrene moulds with a huge amount of sellotape holding all in place. Unpacking took longer than assembly! My advice – get a sharp knife to cut through all the tape.
Assembly is 4 sections:
1) Attach stands – the instructions are wrong here advising to bolt from the underside – nope the bolts go in from the top.
2) Attach pedals which are clearly labelled L and R
3) Attach saddle post and saddle – the saddle itself grips a knurled rod – note to stop it twisting you have to tighten the nuts around this very tightly.
4) Finally attach the handlebars and control panel – the latter is a pain. They have left a wire in the handlebar column to be used to pull through the cable from below, but you have to pull it through quite a small hole at the top and it took a few goes before I’d wrapped the wire around the connector in a way that allowed me to pull it through the hole.
The feet have levelling adjustment knobs, so the first step is to ensure the device is level and doesn’t rock. Then adjusting the saddle and handlebars to the right height was easy and I climbed aboard.
In use, the action is smooth and silent and the bike is very stable. The tension adjuster works well although even on the lowest level there’s more resistance than on a gym bike – I think the pedal rotation is a little stiff so I probably need to oil that.
The only minus would be the proximity of the pedals to the frame. I found my left heel was missing the frame by a couple of mm. I think this can be improved with better pedals so I may swap them out later.
Overall, this is an excellent bike for the money.

Very well made, heavy frame, just a top quality bike for the price.
Assembly was mostly straight forward, but it seems there are a few bits that have been changed and needed some thought to not blindly follow the instructions. But it went together easily without much fuss!
In use it is as smooth and controllable as any spinning bike i have used before, the E stop works quickly when pressed against the flywhjeel if you need to get off.
The pedal straps are ok, but i may swap them out for some clip pedals in the future.
I love how adjustable the bike is and a subtle line on the frame marks the position it needs to be at for each person who uses it.
The bars are comfortable and can hold a tablet if you are following a workout.
Overall really happy with the bike for the advertised price, a perfect addition to a home gym!
