This book knocks it out of the park! It is filled with delicious, easy to make recipes that your wallet will appreciate. This cook book has all easy to shop for and easy to make recipes that are budget friendly and they are fast, easy and very reasonable. Wes states in this book that the recipes allow you to eat for $8 a day and that is true and they are delicious. The book is layed out nicely and easy to follow. I sure hope that Wes writes another one soon. If you are looking for a great, economically priced cookbook that is a treasure, then this is it.

I have a huge library of Keto cookbooks and this one is my favorite. No fuss recipes that always turn out good and with ingredients any keto cook will have handy. No shopping for special or expensive ingredients. Just enough details are provided in the recipes to make sure you succeed. I like the tips for substitutions too. Overall well done, I can’t wait for the next cookbook by this author!

I loved the number of recipes in the book. The only annoying part is , there are like only pic for approx. 1/4 of the recipes.

This book gives you absolutely everything you need to get started on keto in a healthy, interesting and delicious way. The author starts with the very most basic explanation of what keto is and how to start it. On the internet information (and misinformation) about keto abounds and appears to be intimidating and expensive at first glance. This books cuts through all that and guides you to not only set yourself up for success but shows you how to do it in a delicious and inexpensive way. I wish I would have had it when I first started keto. That would have saved me a ton of time and money. I love the you tube channel ‘High Falutin’ low carb’ where this author, Wes, does all the leg work and expense to show me the very best in keto cooking. It’s no wonder his fan base has taken off the way it has. 5 STARS Wes, keep up the good work! It’s my privilege to help support his work through his Patreon account as well.

I confess to a serious fat phobia, and that is because I struggle to digest it. That is not a reflection on this cookbook, the author, or a low carbohydrate diet.
A true ketogenic diet is 20% protein 75% fat and a strict 5% maximum limit on carbohydrate. These recipes, on average, meet that definition.
I have tried a couple of these recipes- the cauliflower steaks and the Blueberry Pancakes. Both are delicious.
I gave this only three stars because I am strongly opposed to the author’s admitted life choices. I am grateful it is clearly stated because then I have no need to decide. This book has been removed from my home. Drat. I wanted to make at least 90% of these recipes, too.
