It lists the essential ingredients to keep in your pantry for most of the recipes, tips and tricks to stay motivated and to help with meal prep, including a 30 day meal plan for those who don’t know where to start. At the end of the book, you will find a Measurement Conversion Chart and lists of the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen, which are produce items that are most and least important to buy locally and organically to avoid exposure to trace amounts of hazardous pesticides. Each recipe included a list of ingredients needed and their quantities, which makes it easy to make meals for smaller or larger groups, or meal prepping for the week. Each recipe also includes prep time, cook time, the number of servings, and nutritional information such as calories, fat, protein, carbs, net carbs, and fiber, so you can keep track of everything to meet your dietary needs and goals. There are several great categories in this cookbook including Breakfasts, Poultry, Beef Pork and Lamb, Fish and Seafood, Vegetarian Main Dishes, Stews and Soups, Snacks and Appetizers, and Desserts. The directions for each recipe are clear and easy to follow, so you don’t need to be a professional in the kitchen to get great results. I have tried several recipes already, and I love the results. There are many great recipes to try, you can find something that everyone will love. The recipes I tried so far are the Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts, the BBQ Shrimp with Creole Butter Sauce, and the Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza Crust.
