I plan to try just about every recipe in this book. They look simple and sound like real food that I would actually eat. There are a good number of standard dessert recipes, keto style, which surprised me. I expect this to become my go to cook book for keto.

I like the recipes; I have flagged several of them to try. However, the Kindle version is hard to navigate. There is no Table of Contents. When I add a bookmark, it does not put the recipe name; instead it puts the section title. So I have 3 bookmarks that say “poultry.” That’s not terribly helpful. Most of the other cookbooks that I have on my Kindle name the bookmarks after the recipes, so I know it can be done. A Table of Contents is also pretty standard. At least the recipes are easy to read.
This book was on sale for $1.99 when I bought it, so I won’t complain too much about the poor formatting. But that will definitely keep me from using it as frequently as I would like. I am not going to purchase it again, but if you have a choice go with the print version.

I like the book, when it says salt to taste, I looked up that 1 tsp salt is usually the normal amount and a half tsp of pepper is the usual for pepper and that’s what I aim for but u could …..
But Google what salt to taste means, and then just keep this idea in mind. That’s what helped me. It would be nice to have another book as well. Of sheet pan recipes.

Love the recipes! They are easy, convenient, and tasty. Using just a sheet pan for a whole meal cuts down on dirty dishes. Only minor complaint is the poor editing. Many errors throughout that could throw a less experienced cook.
